Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable taxes.

Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM local time, and next-day delivery for all other orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Product Quality

We guarantee all flowers will be fresh for at least 7 days when properly cared for. Flowers are perishable and may vary slightly from photos due to natural variation and seasonal availability.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right. See our Returns Policy for details.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
