If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

What We Cover

  • Flowers that arrived wilted, damaged, or not fresh
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Delivery to the wrong address (our error)

How to Request Help

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@birdsbouquets.com
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Photos are helpful but not always required

We'll respond within 4 hours during business hours and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

What We Don't Cover

  • Flowers that were not cared for properly after delivery
  • Natural variation in color or size due to seasonal availability
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Change of mind after the arrangement is prepared

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 2 hours after placing them. After that, we begin preparing your arrangement. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
