If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
What We Cover
- Flowers that arrived wilted, damaged, or not fresh
- Wrong items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Delivery to the wrong address (our error)
How to Request Help
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@birdsbouquets.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Photos are helpful but not always required
We'll respond within 4 hours during business hours and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.
What We Don't Cover
- Flowers that were not cared for properly after delivery
- Natural variation in color or size due to seasonal availability
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
- Change of mind after the arrangement is prepared
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 2 hours after placing them. After that, we begin preparing your arrangement. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
